Shanxi province recently released the "Implementation Plan for Further Promoting the Development of Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Enterprises" to accelerate the establishment of a sound foreign trade comprehensive service system and actively nurture various foreign trade entities.

The plan emphasizes combining the cultivation of local enterprises with the introduction of external enterprises to create a group of high-quality, comprehensive foreign trade service enterprises with strong service capabilities and leadership. This initiative aims to facilitate business channels, better serve production-oriented enterprises and small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and promote stable growth in foreign trade quality and quantity.

The plan outlines four main tasks for comprehensive service enterprises in foreign trade: providing one-stop foreign trade services, conducting incubation for foreign trade enterprises, supporting enterprises in their self-operated import and export activities, and engaging in foreign trade talent development.

The plan actively supports eligible enterprises in applying for provincial-level recognition as foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises. It also encourages these enterprises to establish online service platforms, expand international markets, and extend overseas service functions.

For provincially recognized comprehensive service enterprises, specialized guidance is provided for applications for the high-level certification of customs enterprise credit rating. Enterprises that have obtained advanced AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) accreditation from customs receive priority processing for customs registration, filing procedures, and import and export customs clearance.
