The 2025 Shanxi (Taiyuan) Energy Industry Expo is set to be held from Sept 27 to 29 at the Shanxi Xiaohe International Convention and Exhibition Center in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, coinciding with the 2025 Taiyuan Energy Low Carbon Development Forum (TELC) which is set to take place from Sept 27 to 28.

This year's expo spans 50,000 square meters and features eight distinct exhibition areas, including a themed showcase, an international section, a green electricity zone, an energy tech innovation area, and a State-owned enterprise section. Over 400 domestic and international energy companies will participate, highlighting the latest technologies, achievements, and applications in the energy sector.

The international section will host 30 companies from 10 countries, including industry giants like Tesla, ABB, Shell, and Honeywell. Renowned international companies and trade association representatives are invited to attend, with events such as the "Invest in China – Dialogue with Shanxi" roundtable and the Clean Energy International Cooperation Conference planned.

The green electricity zone will showcase the province's efforts to convert local green electricity resources, transition industries to low-carbon models, and develop seven green electricity industrial parks. The zone will also showcase technologies, products, and cases related to the green and low-carbon transition, aiming to attract emerging and future industries to Shanxi.

The energy tech innovation area will spotlight new technologies, achievements, and products in fields such as green intelligent coal mining, flexible coal power generation, and high-end chemicals, along with typical cases.
